Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the U.S. (domestic), Canada, and the U.K. 

For Canada and U.K. shipments: Please note that international standard shipping rates are subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at checkout. Innermade has no control over these fees which may be billed upon delivery.

Due to our operation as a small business, all orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund. If you encounter issues with your product, please contact us directly at hello@innermade.com and we will try to work through a solution.


Once packages are en route, 
we are no longer responsible for them. However, we will try our best to assist you how we can. If you receive a broken shipment please let us know and we will work out a replacement or a refund. 

If you need to change your delivery address before your order is shipped, please promptly email us at hello@innermade.com. Once orders are in transit we can no longer change the delivery address and you are responsible for contacting the carrier for any requests.
